1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Collext, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Collext provides a platform for collectors to connect, trade, and discuss collectibles. We act as a venue to allow users who comply with our policies to offer, sell, and buy certain goods.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the service any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
4. Buying and Selling
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items and shipping them promptly. Buyers are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a bid or commitment to buy.
